Arveno Growth is operated by Ahmad Hamadi Consulting Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@arvenogrowth.com or (289) 489-1167.

Information we collect

• What you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, the services you're interested in and any message you send through our forms, by email, by text or on a call.
• Client details: contract, billing and project information when you become a client. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store full card numbers.
• Public business information: to find businesses that may benefit from our services, we review publicly available business information, such as a business's name, website, published business email or phone number, public licence records and public listings.
• Messages: emails and texts you exchange with us, including whether you asked us to stop.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule calls, prepare proposals and deliver the services you hire us for.
• To contact businesses about our services using their published business contact details. Every such email says who we are and includes a way to opt out, and we honour opt-outs.
• To send texts only to people who asked for them (see "Text messages" below).
• For billing, record keeping, security and meeting legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

We only text phone numbers whose owners have agreed to receive texts from us, by ticking an optional SMS consent box on one of our forms, by replying "TEXT" to one of our emails and confirming, by texting our number first, or by replying "YES" to a booking confirmation that offers a text reminder. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as messaging and customer-service providers. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our business, who process information for us under their own security and privacy terms. These include website and application hosting (Vercel, Railway), databases (Supabase), email (Google Workspace, Resend), payments (Stripe), scheduling (Calendly), customer management and texting (HighLevel / LeadConnector), and AI tools (Anthropic) that help us sort and draft replies, which a person at Arveno Growth oversees. We don't sell personal information.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Our booking, payment and signing tools may set their own cookies when you use them.

How long we keep information

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above. Research about businesses we haven't worked with is removed or reduced after about 30 to 90 days. We keep a short record of opt-out requests so we don't contact that person or number again.

Your choices and rights

• Opt out of emails using the link or by replying "unsubscribe"; opt out of texts by replying STOP.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@arvenogrowth.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
• Canadian residents can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if a concern isn't resolved with us.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable providers to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect to what we need.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
