The rules for this website and for our text messages, in plain language.

These terms apply to your use of this website and to text messages from Arveno Growth, operated by Ahmad Hamadi Consulting Inc. (Ontario, Canada). Work we do for clients is governed by the signed client agreement; if it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Text messaging terms

Program: Arveno Growth follow-up texts about booking and preparing for a strategy call, sent only to people who asked for them.
How you join: in one of four ways: by ticking the optional SMS consent box on one of our forms; by replying "TEXT" to one of our emails and then confirming; by texting our number first, in which case we only reply in that conversation; or, after you book a call, by replying "YES" to our confirmation email when it offers a text reminder. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies, usually a few messages around a call.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed and then stop.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
